Mr Bill has a 2C1B survey certificate from the Department of Transport which enables her to carry 24 passengers and 2 crew. She is also in B1 survey which allows her to go up to 200nms off shore with up to 8 passengers and 4 crew.

Mr Bill is in Department of Transport 1B and 2C survey. Under 1B survey the vessel is licensed to carry 8 passengers plus 4 crew and allows us to roam up to 200 nautical miles from shore on extended charters. Extended charters can include reefs such as Osprey, Shark, and Bouginville Reefs. Under 2C the vessel is licensed to carry 26 passengers plus 2 crew.
